No, you will have to purchase tickets via our registration
website.
No, due to the logistics of this event, all tickets must be purchased by the ticket deadline.
You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket selection
for the event. You may be asked to present your confirmation email upon arrival
for the Events Team to check you in.
Yes, your ticket is transferrable to another attendee, however
you will need to email the ATA Events team so they can update the ticket registration and lanyard details.
You cannot transfer the ticket to another Trucking Australia event.
Yes, if you would like a spouse/ partner to attend any of the functions, all attendees need to have a valid registration and purchase a ticket. While we do not enforce an age limit, due to the nature of our events we recommend attendees are at least 18 years old.
Yes, you can purchase multiple registrations at a time by selecting
the number of delegates you would like to register as a group. Please note that each ticket needs to be registered to an individual attendee.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her/their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Any changes to accommodation bookings at the ATA's preferred Hotel are the responsibility of the traveller.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Hotel at the time of booking.
Full payment is required by delegate/s at time of booking.
Full cancellation received by thirty (30) days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s accommodation.
Part or full cancellation received after this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Your refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
For payments made via credit card, the refund will be provided to the same credit card.
For payments made via direct bank transfer, we may contact you to obtain the necessary bank details to process your refund.
We are unable to refund to a different account/ credit card to the one used for the initial payment.
Yes, we require full payment prior to attending our events.
We offer the option to purchase tickets by invoice at the check-out stage of the registration process. However, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket selection, if payment is not received within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
Alternatively, you can purchase your tickets with a credit card.
Please be aware that a 1.95% merchant fee is applicable.
We accept VISA and Mastercard payments as well as direct bank transfers (payment terms apply).
Direct bank transfers may not be available closer to the event date.
Our preferred dress code for the conference sessions is smart
casual. Our evening social events are a chance to get out and get
stylish. For the Gala Awards Dinner on the final night, the dress code is business suit/gala attire.

Some of our events will have allocated seating to accommodate event requirements, dietaries and special requests. While we endeavour to ensure every guest is allocated to their preferred table, this may not always be possible. Please contact us prior to the event, should you have a special request.
